"Being a part of the Warrior Queen B Fit Program was literally life-changing for me, Coach Queen inspired me to really look at the bigger picture not just the 10 to 20 pounds that I was trying to lose. Although I was reluctant and I think mentally felt as if the weight would just always be there she challenged me at every workout to push myself past what I thought I could do, I felt myself grow stronger mentally and physically with her encouragement and I was very excited about my out come. The Warrior Queen program also taught me about how to portion control my food, meal prep and the way to eat, to still enjoy my meals and lose. I enjoyed eating out still I still enjoyed good food. I can honestly say I never felt deprived but more or less aware of what I was eating. I was able to lose 22 pounds in the span of eight weeks which is really a miracle for me considering my busy schedule my goal is 60 and I am still in the process of working very hard with the Warror Queen program. "If you are in need of a lifestyle change and looking to lose weight, gain strength and overall just to feel better.. you have to work with Warrior Queen B F.I.T! When I made the decision to make a change I didn’t know if Coach would even be able take me based on me being a male. So I reached out and asked would she be able to take on a male and without hesitation she said yes! However, the one thing that she told me was to be committed 100% and have confidence. We all go through troubling times in our lives whether if it’s stress on the job, passing of a loved one, sickness or etc., but the one of the reasons Coach Queen is the best is due to her understanding your life struggles and taking that particular issue and turning it into a positive for your well being. Her weekly and monthly meetings really does hold you accountable. Are there times where you may fall off the track?.. yes but she doesn’t beat you up over it. Most trainers don’t understand that negativity will only continue to break you down as a person, and Coach Queen does not do that! Her program has changed my way of thinking about certain foods and how it directly relates to strength training and losing weight. In January I started at 252lbs and when started the program I was 246lbs. At the end of my 3 month program I was down to 225.6 and I continue to use what I learn from the program. My ultimate goal is to reach 200lbs before January 1st and I can tell you I am well on my way to reach it, and that is because of Coach Queen’s program!"

"My favorite thing about training with Queen was that it gave me accountability. When I would be in moods where mentally, I really didn’t feel like working out, she gave me a place to unpack some of my burdens before training. That, gave me the mental clarity to be able to focus on my workouts. When working with other trainers, I could tell that they wanted me to push myself but were okay if I didn’t. Queen invited herself into my life and mind and through her gentle nudges and tough challenges, encouraged me to push myself which gave me the resolve to believe I actually could rise to the occasion. "A little over a year ago, I was looking for a fitness coach after having multiple knee surgeries on both my knees, gained weight, and just hit a point in my life where I wanted to make some significant changes. I was intentionally looking to support black business owners/entrepreneurs on IG. I came across Warrior_Queenb, and I looked at her workouts, both individual and group sessions. Her intensity and transformation were terrific, and I knew that was what I needed. Queen's passion and love for helping others change from the inside out lead me to sign up for training.
I began weighing 170lbs; my cholesterol was extremely high at 280; both my knees were giving out and arthritic; I thought I had great strength, but I was physically weak. Queen has a diet and detox plan, which includes suggested supplements, teas, meal plans, and meal prep ideas to follow (all-natural vegan supplements). After detoxing the first two weeks, I was down to 165lbs; a month in, I went to 160lbs; 4 months in, I went to 155lbs, and by June, I was 152lbs losing 18lbs in total.
My stamina increased; we worked out virtually three times a week, and I did my cardio one day a week, sometimes two days. My workouts were adjusted as needed for my knees, but what increased my mobility was learning how to do movements correctly, especially squats. When I had my 6-month visit with my doctor, he called me to let me know that whatever I am doing to keep it up, my cholesterol dropped from 280 to 130 LDL, something I have never been able to do with just medicine alone.
One thing I remember Queen telling me when we began training was, "this won't be a race; this will be a marathon." Queen encouraged me; she pushed me past my physical comfort zone; we were both spiritually tapped in, which was a plus. She saw me physically in a way I couldn't see myself. She saw my loss and gains; she saw my inner warrior, and together we worked to make it a physical manifestation, all VIRTUALLY!
I 100% recommend Warrior_Queenb as an individual one-on-one, group, virtual or in-person trainer. I look forward to our sessions as I have set new goals for myself this new year. My training marathon continues!"
